Our Story: Iron Beard Leather Co. was born from a passion for quality and a desire to make a difference in the world of leather craftsmanship. Brad and Missy Neff, the founders and owners, share a history of commitment and service. They joined the U.S. Army together, serving their country with honor and dedication. After leaving the military, Brad and Missy owned a successful roofing company.  During that time, Brad continued serving the community as a law enforcement officer.  After selling their roofing business, they decided to embark on a new journey, one that would blend their dedication to service and craftsmanship with their love for authentic leather goods. 

Our Commitment to Quality: At Iron Beard Leather Co., quality is at the heart of everything we do. We're proud to exclusively use top grain and full grain leather in all our products. Top grain leather, carefully selected and sanded, offers a smooth and luxurious surface, while full grain leather retains its natural grain, resulting in the highest quality leather available. Our commitment to these premium materials ensures that our leather goods not only look stunning but are also built to last, developing a rich patina and character over time.

A Solution to Everyday Problems: The inspiration behind Iron Beard Leather Co. came from personal experience. Brad Neff, with his military and law enforcement background, understood the discomfort and back problems that can result from carrying a bulky wallet in the back pocket. That's why he set out to create small, minimalist, and front pocket wallets that would not only solve these everyday problems but also offer a rustic look with the larger saddle stitching and the natural patina that comes with everyday use. Our goal is to create leather goods that become lifelong companions, cherished for their unique character and quality.
